Garbage, Rivermead Center, Reading

The tour moved onto Reading where Simon, Claire and I met Mel for the first time, the front row crew was now completed.

We also met both Duke & Dan before for the show, both signed my ticket. I vaguely remember Dan showing us around the tour bus. He also put Claire’s parents onto the guest list, she later had to be lifted over the barrier due to the crushing.

It turned out that Simon and I were staying at the same hotel so he gave me a lift back after the show, this was obviously before we started getting shit faced at gigs.
